I have an extensive experience to run and maintaining the dialogue, from the customer perspective, and being Vendor Manager (and Contract Manager) for several large international Vendors .  With more then five (5) years of experience as KAM (Key Account Mgr) at IBM I have a good understanding of the vendor side as well.

- Development of a new IT-strategy for an Insurance company in Sweden
- A strategic pre study of the future platforms/IT systems, for publishing and analytical information, for an Investment bank in Scandinavia

Assignment as Manager at SEB IT AB for a Team with 14 members at Control Centre (IT Operation) for Mainframe Operation.

I have been working with the establishment of an IT development unit inside SEB Shared Service Centre in Vilnius, Lithuania in approx. 15 months.
